Repeat Prescriptions

Please give us at least 2 days working notice to get your prescription ready for you. For controlled drugs or special orders, we may require 7 working days' notice. 

You can also order by calling the branch that you want to collect from and leaving a voicemail on the repeat prescription line. 

All patients on prescription medication require a veterinary check-up at least every 6 months, sometimes more frequent if they are not stable on the medication. The veterinary surgeon will inform you on how often your pet needs to be seen.

 Written Prescription’s

You may obtain relevant veterinary medicinal products from your Veterinary surgeon or ask for a written prescription and obtain these medicines from another pharmacy. Just be sure to ask for a written prescription when ordering.

All sales for medications and prescriptions are final. We are unable to provide refunds once they have left the practice. This is due to the inability to provide proof of their storage conditions.
