Thank you for choosing Elm Veterinary Group to look after your pet/s. Here is some important information about how we work. We have three branches: Milehouse, Plymstock and St Budeaux. (Please be aware that we may require you to attend our Milehouse clinic where we have more appointments, staff, and treatment options). We advise that you read our Terms of service here

When we are closed: We do not provide 24-hour emergency care. If you have an emergency out of our normal practice hours you will be diverted to Plymouth Veterinary Group’s Estover Branch. See more information here

Payment: Payment is required at the time of treatment, all consultations, re-examinations and prescription reviews incur a charge. You can view our price list here.

Insurance: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct claims. We require payment at the time of treatment, this will then be claimed back through your insurance company.
