I have been working in veterinary practice since 1986 – 26 of these as a veterinary nurse. I left the profession to pursue a career as a staff nurse but missed the animals so much that I returned to veterinary practice in 2018. I now use my previous experience to take on the battle of insurance claims for our clients, as well as helping on reception, holding (cuddling) the odd animal for treatment and other administrative tasks that nobody else wants.

I live on a smallholding and have 2 dogs, chickens and lots of sheep and I love lambing time. I also have a camper van and enjoy travelling our lovely part of the country and hopping on the ferry to France.
